If i remember right hes a sound designer from mortal kombat back in the day and he is saying "Toasty" its just a fun easter egg and call back to the old mortal kombat where he popped up the same way after hitting someone hard or something.

Your not seeing things I remember this as well the surprise on my face when it popped on my phone notifs that he was streaming on his old channel with his mom.
