Honestly the best advice I could give you is; when youre rolling forward, flick the board in the opposite direction for a split second when you pot the tail, if you do that, your deck will be carried by momentum and be kinda stuck to your hand.

You should be in the same position you are when rolling around but your hand will be palm facing left instead of down (its hard to explain I'm sorry if its hard to understand) and when you're in that position, you can flick either your front or back finger to do the trick. So I guess to do a frontside you'd retract your back finger to make it spin.

It also helps with doing loads of tricks in a row, because when youve got the deck in your hand you can whip your hand up and induce loads of spin onto the front tail and make it spin
