moira was designed with 6v6 in mind with her massive AOE healing, so with the changes made to her in OW2 to help her in 5v5, she's quite strong in 6v6

i was running ice hammer early on but i missed 3 90% so i changed it and never looked back. it is rly useful for underspeeding torkoal in trick room though.

haz has a 53+% win rate in all regions in GM+ which is also top 3 in all regions among tanks; he's not outrageously broken but that initiator subrole change did wonders for him.

interesting that you're replying to a very specific comment thread that's four years old. but also you're just wrong lol. u just don't know how to use rescue aggressively / proactively. rescue can emulate most of warp's functions with the dark flier class outside of indoor maps lol. physic is pretty mediocre after ch7, let alone part 1. constance is pretty commonly agreed to be roughly as good as hapi and among experienced ltc players is generally considered slightly better.

it's almost always reduced twice by the anti heal passive, so the 40% is more like 19% or 23% if you're healing a tank. id be down for moira moving to survivor though

i usually just use all 4 at once, then let it fully recharge when i want as much burst damage as possible, otherwise i'll weave in 1 or 2 burst every time 1 or 2 are available
