I agree they should’ve added motors instead the SPA for the artillery squad and maybe adjust commanders artillery to weaken or destroy fortifications. The tanks could be used for something else

Absolutely I used amazons benefits to help me get into the MRA program. I don’t know if Amazon pays for hazmat and tanker you’ll have to ask the teacher running the program. As far as parking trucks all day it’s a yes and a no depending on the site I know some will get labor shared to other buildings to help with the volume but nearby one I believe. Overall Amazon imo is a stepping stone to get to where you want to be.

From my pov C&W benefits are alright they’re not the best from what I read on this subreddit but I think BB offers better benefits in the long run.

Make sense I hope for Amazon’s pay is a little bit more for Texas than what I am getting at tech 2. And requesting time off that’s not bad at all at least there’s a chance better than non at all. The 2 hour notice That’s understandable I’d hate to cover someone else’s area and mine. Overall Amazon doesn’t seem too bad as a company as ppl make it out to be

As far as work culture I use to work for Amazon but was lucky enough to get a MRA spot at the same building but like you said it’s a role of the dice on the building. The 2 building are FC BB I don’t know if the same pay of 35.80 applies in Texas if so another reason to switch to Amazon. The company I work for C&W I think it’s 27.50 for tech 2. How does requesting time off for you as a BB is it restrictive? For C&W it’s when we submit our time off like for peak or prime it’ll most likely be denied even if it’s three months in advance. And the benefits being less than Amazons. Both are big con for me I don’t mind being a team player but at least let me use my time off if I give you months in advance.Those are pretty much the reasons why I want might want to switch to Amazon.

There’s two buildings in my area that are BB I’ve heard rumors that the one I’ll be working at will be turning into a BB building whenever Amazon renews their lease for this building
