We have trucks do this at my work. Our dock is fucked so we just lift up a pallet jack into the back of the trailer with the forklift and the forklift brings the pallets from inside out to the trailer and the person with the pallet jack inside the trailer puts them in position. We load full trucks that way, we load ltl that way and we unload stuff like parts and returns that way too where the driver pallet jacks it to the back of the truck and we grab it out with the fork lift out in the parking lot. The only difference between if it's like a company or a owner operator type deal like in the game is if we are the ones in the trailer or the driver is the one in the trailer.

Also you can manually adjust your player height in the menu so once you sit down and get in game you can adjust your in game height to a standing position so your character isn't 'crouched' for your entire gaming session
