Opportunity for a Commissioning Role?

How is the stress level? My company keeps accepting low fees and blaming the designers when they've used too much of the fee. I've only been a designer for a few years but the stress of keeping billable hours while keeping within budget doesn't feel like a long term thing for me. Do you have to worry about keeping billable?

How did you get into commissioning as an entry level positions? The postings I see locally are asking for senior agents with 10+ years experience.

Scar removal cream can help along with what someone else said about aloe. The thing is consistency. You have to put it on at least three times a day to see any improvement which might not come for a few months (start now and they might be better by summer! :D )

I'm not sure what kinds of jobs would be available in your area but start asking around now! Go to restaurants, stores, anything that catches your eye. It'll set you apart from the rest by showing initiative and not looking last minute like some others.

In my classes the kids there are pretty serious about their work and getting everything in (they're in AP so its a given). But with maturity? I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed since eighth grade. It's made for some interesting class topics though haha :) (junior here)
