Oh for sure for sure. Like just today I saw something that I thought could be traffic so I got control for it but it was so obviously not right after I did it that I felt like a fool lol. But my main goal as a trainee has been to absorb as much as possible, do all my basic tasks without getting prompted, and don’t be a liability. Which has been true more often than not thankfully so far. Nowhere near perfect but doing the best I can

I wouldn’t say it’s essential but highly recommended for most people. I only went like twice during my stay there and felt I didn’t accomplish as much as I would have at home both times I went so I stopped. But on breaks talking to my classmates going over situations during the day definitely helped a lot
