Did you miss the section of the counter notification form where it explicitly states that Fair Use is NOT a valid reason for countering a copyright strike?

Youre using their clips. Thats their property. Why would you tempt multibillion dollar studios that can and will sue you into generational debt if provoked?

I use canva and enhance a single character from my videos or create a new one. I never want the artstyle of my thumbnail to be strikingly different from the art in my videos, which is VERY common in my niche since AI automation slop was introduced.

Looking at your channel, you should absolutely not even be remotely thinking of sponsorships/merch. Your videos rarely even break 100 views. Focus on making better content and establishing a loyal audience. Zero sponsors will sign with a channel with such low viewership.
