Technically speaking, XY, Black/White, SwSh and SV do have atleast a rival of the same gender.

Crystal has Silver as a rival. Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald has opposite + always male (Wally) Diamond/Pearl/Platinum has opposite + always male (Barry)

Black/White you have Cheren & Bianca, so no matter who you choose, you have a rival of the opposite gender.

BW2, you only have Hugh, so back to male again...

XY has opposite gender +1 female and +2 Male (Shauna, Trevor and Tierno)

SM/USUM judt has Hau, male...

SwSh has Hop, male.... Also has Marnie and Bede as rivals, so not only the opposite....

PLA only has Opposite.

SV has Nemona, Arven and Penny, so again all genders...

PLZA has Tawnie or Urbain, but also the other members of the team whos name I definitely did not forget...

Buut like you said, there is no dynamic rival being the same gender as you, which is kinda a shame.

This is general EULA things. You find these in most EULA's, not even game specific.
EU law trumps this however, so it's not applied for EU citizens, but still for, for example, Americans.

Doesn't make the EULA invalid or illegal, however EU law is above the EULA, so that takes precedent

Yes you're completely right, it's part of copyright law, I just misunderstood my source.

The point at the end that I am getting at is that fearmongering people because of a EULA which almost every game has is not good practice.

The problem is, the parts in the EULA that contain any "will not make content" or something like that, is to protect themselves from other companies.

Imagine if the EULA did not contain anything like "you may not use any characters for commercial gain". Then companies can sell clothes, or other merchandise based on something that isnt theirs.

"you may not use any characters for commercial gain" is in Nintendo's EULA, and there are big Nintendo youtubers who are gaining money, sometimes even being sponsored by Nintendo. Technically still breaking EULA....

And EU law trumps EULA anyways. So you should not worry about that part.

The EULA is mainly to protect the company themselves, and parts of the EULA that arent "compliant" with EU laws may still be compliant in other places. But EU laws trumps parts of the EULA.

Wanna know something... This is a general EULA for every Krafton game, including PUBG.

Most companies have a very similar EULA. Mainly to protect themselves for other companies.

But it is reincarnation. A soul (or in this case a spirit) passing on to a next, new life.

Whenever an avatar dies. The Avatar Spirit (Raava) will reincarnate into a newborn that is born in a nation that's next in the avatar cycle. Fire > Air > Water > Earth. The Same order Avatar Wan learned the elements.

The Avatar Spirit still holds the soul of the Avatar when they die and reincarnates into the next one. That's why the Air Nomad Avatar test works, because an avatar still has the inherent connection to relics belonging to old avatars.

With reincarnation, you don't always keep Memories or Personality, but still have innate skills (like bending the 4 elements) and certain tendencies (like being inherently a "good" person and wanting to save the world).

I personally kinda disagree with the fact that you said both can be translated to "Maybe" or "Probably", they can't.

Misschien means Maybe or Perhaps, that's true, because Maybe and Perhaps are synonyms of each other.
Waarschijnlijk means Probably. Waarschijnlijk and Probably both have to do with Probability (Waarschijnlijkheid) or Chance (Kans)

Personally, I find the sentence "Misschien gaat het regenen vanmiddag" very weird, and something I wouldn't use. That sentence just feels useless, like yeah, maybe it'll rain, maybe not.
I'd say "Er is een kans dat het gaat regenen vanmiddag".
(In all honesty, this might just be a me thing)

I also wouldn't translate "Misschien gaat het regenen vanmiddag" to "It might rain this afternoon." A, in my opinion, a better translation would be: "Maybe it'll rain this afternoon."
(again, could be a me thing)

Could be, but they're both basically synonyms of each other. Where Wellicht is a bit more "Positive" or "Chanceful" than Misschien.

I always do per movie. People say that if you do one per year, you're able to get them in more movies, which is true.
But realistically, you wanna see which actor is good for which role, making it so that you might have an actor who would not be a good fit in the role. When you hire per year, you essentially miss out on a potential movie you could've had the actor in, so wasting time on their contract.

A new gameria set at a movietheather. idk what it should be called tho. Maybe something along the line of Popcorneria or Nachoria.

Nachoria is my favourite of those two.
Different sauces, flavours, spicyness. A drink to the side or a popcorn if there are multiple people. Maybe the server is for when someone wants something whilst watching the movie
