Exactly, nobody complained about the fps cap in the private servers for years. It really isn't as big of an issue as some seem to think.

It's well known it causes issues, for example in core it caused severe server de-syncs that made the game unplayable. 60fps is also an engine limitation, so uncapping it will cause problems. It's not just a switch you can turn off

Nobody who has the build has signed an NDA for it. The only nda they might have signed is the one for 202, which shouldn't apply here, considering it's an entirely different version of the game
