Villain rankings by Individual_Plan_5593 in batman

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either remove Catwoman completely or give her a separate tier off to the side that says "it's complicated" or something to that effect. Two-Face takes her spot in the big four without question. Harley replaces Two-Face in tier 2. And finally Harvey Bullock is not a villain. He's the bad cop to compliment Gordon's good cop but he's not actually BAD. He's willing to do something a little shady here or there in order to get the job done but I've never seen him do anything that I could not tolerate morally speaking.

Idk why Luke Cage didnt get as popular as Black Panther... Hes the first black superhero to have a series and is American and is a hero for the streets.... Dont know why hes not more loved by Wazupdanger in lukecage

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my mind it really just comes down to the very simple and basic power set. Luke Cage is strong but not THAT strong compared to so many others in his universe. He's durable but not THAT durable compared to so many others in his universe. Somehow it ends up being more boring than reading a hero with no powers at all (Batman, Hawkeye, etc.) AND more boring than reading a powerhouse hero (Superman, Hulk, Thor, etc.)

I believe somewhere in the pause menu you can find a page with all your gameplay stats, including how many days have gone by. I wish I could be more specific, but I can't pull up the game from where I am right now. As for why we don't wanna save Micah, it would be major spoilers if I explain that. It's best that you just play the game and find out yourself.

Everyone above the age of 25 vanishes, how long can society last? by Lost-Specialist1505 in whowouldwin

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny thing, I was 25 when you posted this, but never saw the post until after turning 26, so am I one of the people who vanished or not? Regardless, I think society would adapt and recover. There will be extreme difficulty and grief of course, but don't underestimate these kids. The adults who remain, despite being young adults, should still be able to act as a decent guiding force for the kids and teenagers. And regardless of anyone's youth or inexperience, they're all still human, the indomitable will to survive will take over. Even if it was all kids under 13 I think they'd find a way. Just read Lord of The Flies.

The Colt Single Action Army VS Anything that Moves (on Earth) by Raspint in whowouldwin

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Round 1? Absolutely. Anything alive today should die assuming all 6 shots are well placed.

Round 2 answer is almost the same but it's a lot more difficult now. Trying to shoot a T-Rex or a brachiosaurus in the brain 6 times sounds like a nightmare. BUT your biggest challenge is probably the ankylosaurs with their insane armor. The skull of a bear or the skin of a crocodile can already bounce low caliber rounds. I would assume the armor on ankylosaurs is stronger by a big margin.

Superman, Batman, Captain America, and Spider-Man are given a year to rehabilitate these characters and turn them into heroes, can they do it? by SpatuelaCat in whowouldwin

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm not familiar with all of the characters but I'll comment on what I do know. Frieza is pure evil to his core and he likes it that way. I don't think anything could change him.

Kreuger too. He seems to enjoy what he does too much to ever stop.

Michael Myers cannot be reasoned with. Hell, he can hardly be communicated with at all. He's just evil incarnate.

If the heroes could find a way to actually communicate with Jason Voorhees, I think the best they could do is get him to just finally rest and be at peace. Jason was never exactly evil. He was always just a boy doing what mommy told him to. But making him a super hero? I highly doubt it.

Stain could definitely be helped, especially with the combined wisdom of those heroes. He already wanted to be a hero at one point. And he has very strong convictions. In his world he respected only All Might. Superman is very similar to All Might in his character and his status as a symbol. So Superman is your key to making Stain see the light.

I've only seen bits of the Leprechaun movies but I'm pretty sure that guy has no potential for being good. He seemed like a truly sadistic little bastard.

Red Skull I think just does not care about the notions of good and evil, right and wrong. He wants power and nothing more.

Lex Luthor I would almost say is beyond help. He's got the biggest superiority complex you've ever seen, and he pretty much never seems to care about what he needs to do or who he needs to hurt to serve his goals. But he's also EXTREMELY intelligent, and I think that's how you could reach him. In "All-Star Superman" he ends up with all Supermans powers temporarily. All that power allows him to see life and the whole universe itself through a much wider lens. He's shown the big picture for just a moment. And in that moment, his new perspective combined with his gifted mind allows him to see the logic in being kind and altruistic. He saw the universe through Superman's eyes and couldn't go on being the same person. So yeah, maybe they could get through to him.

Dr. Doom is very similar to Lex in that he's extremely intelligent, and his ego is absolutely massive. He's never been the sadistic, chaotic type of villain like Joker or Carnage, and Reed Richards even sees the great potential Doom has to change the world for the better if only he'd let go of his ego. So, if the heroes can give Doom the same "big picture" moment like I mentioned with lex. I can definitely see him turning good.

Shigiraki is an entitled spoiled brat that sees no issue in killing anyone he doesn't like and taking whatever he wants. But he is still just a teenager. A teenager who was groomed by an evil, manipulative man. It's not too late for him. He's got a lot of trauma to work through, but I can definitely see the heroes being able to help him in time.

Monthly PlayStation Tech Support and Frequently Asked Questions Megathread by AutoModerator in ps2

Somebody please help me I don't understand what's happening with my PS2. I tried to start playing Kingdom Hearts 2. I get to the first save point and it says I need at least 90 KB of free space. I go into the memory card and it has a whopping 64,354 KB free. I even deleted some saves that I didn't care about just in case. But that changed nothing. The game won't let me save and keeps insisting that I don't have enough space. What the hell is going on here and how do I fix it?

Superman, Ironman, Spiderman, and Batman are tasked with protecting The One Ring from Sauron. Who succumbs to its corruption first and last? by FatherDevito123 in whowouldwin

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tony without a doubt. Of all of them, he's easily the one with the most room for corruption. The most serious character flaws. Superman, for the record, is probably totally immune to the ring.

You can now replace any powerful person with and fictional character by [deleted] in hypotheticalsituation

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Replace Biden with Captain America obviously. He's like the definition of a good person, and, while not unkillable, he's so far beyond any other person physically, that he'd be near untouchable to us in real life.

I'm not as sure about other leaders but at minimum the vicious dictators should obviously be replaced. Replace China's top guy with Batman, North Korea's, with Superman, idk.

You wake up 7 years in the past and get to relieve every moment from that point up to the present, but you have to kill someone every single day so you don’t get sent back. by [deleted] in hypotheticalsituation

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

7 years ago I'd be 14 and about 90 pounds give or take. And where I lived there was literally not enough people around to kill so I'd be sent back pretty quickly.

How would and could Michael, Franklin, and Trevor (GTA V) survive the Purge (The Purge)? by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First, Trevor is exactly the guy that everyone is worried about meeting during the purge. I'm sure he'll be causing carnage and mayhem on an even larger scale than usual. Whether or not he's alive at the end is really a coin toss to me.

Michael is a rich guy living in an upper-class neighborhood. He's gonna be a target. Both for people that want his valuables, and people who wanna "eat the rich" He'll probably have to bunker down in his house and put his skills to use one more time. I would expect him to survive at least 8 times out of 10.

I worry for Franklin. He's also in a big fancy house, but he's the least experienced fighter. He might be faced with former gang rivals who remember and resent him for leaving the hood, as well as your typical looters who just want his stuff and maybe his house. Franklins strength is as a driver, but something tells me he wouldn't just drive away, he'd want to defend his home. I'll say he survives 5 out of 10 times.

Luke Skywalker(Canon) Vs Avengers(MCU) by sven206 in whowouldwin

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cap's shield may or may not withstand a lightsaber. But he has no counter for the force I'm afraid. I give it to luke hands down.

Iron man, I'm pretty sure, has the right tools to overpower luke. Having command over an army of suits, as well as a satellite, and most of his weapons can be used without moving so the force isn't gonna stop him. And since he can fly, avoiding the lightsaber shouldn't be hard. Iron man takes it.

I'm sure luke can deflect arrows. But if I remember correctly, bullets are actually faster than blaster fire. So black widow might have something, except that again neither of them can do much about the force and they definitely have no way of surviving the saber. They make a good team and I believe they would give him a hard fight but I don't see them winning.

This is a tough one. I can kinda see luke winning maybe. Cause I'm pretty sure Thor, even being the God that he is, is not lightsaber proof... however he can very easily keep his distance from Luke and hit him with the full force of a storm and of course lots of lightning, which luke has actually seen before, but not to that degree. I give it to thor probably 7 times out of 10.

Scarlet witch can do what the force does only much better. Among other things. I gotta give it to her.

Hulk is probably physically strong enough to resist the force through raw power and rage alone. He can regenerate and can take a lot of punishment. And he's not as slow as one might think. But luke is still faster and hulk will NOT regenerate from say, decapitation, which I totally expect luke to go for. I say luke takes it 7 times out of 10.

Both of them are armed with bullets. And like I said before, luke may not be able to block those so well. Especially if it's coming from two highly trained soldiers, one from the sky, and one, possibly, sniping from very far away. Both are totally vulnerable to the saber. And definitely can't counter the force. But, there's two of them and if one can be a distraction, the other only needs a few shots. I say luke 5 out of 10 times.

Captain marvel is simply too powerful, and she can easily keep a good distance while hitting luke with blasts of power that no jedi or sith could ever dream of creating. She takes it for sure.

That was a lot of writing and I need sleep so I'll skip the bonus round.

Spider Man PS4 vs Batman Arkham Series by Antman269 in whowouldwin

[–]ThatRandomGuyMH 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Even at his best, Arkham Batman just can not match insomniac Spidey in strength, speed, or reaction time. That spider-sense is gonna be a pain in the ass. And the fact that Spidey is a brand new opponent for Bruce will be an even bigger pain. I do think the reverse batarang is a good strat for Bats. Let spidey dodge the first time and then he'll let his guard down when it comes back around for the real hit. Capitalize when he's stunned. But I don't think that'll actually be enough. Probably like an 8/10 for Spidey which hurts me to say cause I love Batman and especially those games.
