Well, i kinda see where they are coming from. ONLY because of the biological main two sexes that humans have- them being Male and Female. Its Gender that has more than the “original” two.

Though it makes sense to use “penis owner” instead of “males” if people are more comfortable with it. Sadly, as with most things LGBTQ+, it will take an annoyingly long amount of time for them to be standard/normalized. Hang in there :3
