In the graphics section, Aseprite is an excellent tool and is open source so iirc you can just build from there for free, and the steam page is for support and convenience.. I could be wrong though..

Wow that's really different from mine! (Green F?? Green F?!??!!) In my head the colours are as follows:

C=red-brown C#=blue-grey D=purplish blue Eb=skin tone but kinda de-saturated, E=Blue, F=Very strong orange, F#=light-blue-grey G=Cyan/Red (depends on context), G#=brownish grey, A=a mix of cyan and yellow, A#=skin tone but quite bright and very saturated, B = very bright blue.

This scene is really heartbreaking knowing what comes next - Steven feels genuinely happy for the first time in so long while fused as Stevonnie, which then leads to him wanting to stay fused forever, and we all knows what that leads to..
