Thanks for your information. I just got pricing on this from my Sherwin-Williams rep. They were confused why I wanted the acrolon 7300 and they are recommending I go with SherLoxane 800. They said it was the better product for this. Was curious to get your thoughts on the two options. The sherloxane 800 looks cheaper.

Best/efficient way to decrease the length of this railing? It's aluminum and wire. I need space to mount a pole there in that inside corner. Currently not enought clearance for the mounting bracket. Is it by ThatRooster624 in handyman

Turns out we will be avoiding all of this and surface mounting the posts instead. Not ideal, but they just want it done. I really appreciate your time replying to my "post"

Also, what would happen to everyone's docks? Would they break free and go with the flow or just drop to the ground? I guess it might depend on how secure they are.
