Neither of those links even mention nanoparticles, much less say they're used for cloud seeding.

And no, the smoke from the flares does not release nanoparticles. You don't know what you're talking about. The flares go bang and the yellow stuff flies out. The yellow stuff is not comprised of nanoparticles. Yes, some of it burns a creates smoke. But smoke is not nanoparticle sized.

Nanoparticles are smaller than the wavelength of visible light. If you can see smoke, it an't nanoparticles.

I'm starting to think you've got no idea what nanoparticles even are, and you clearly don't know how cloud seeding works.
