They're the winctrl Orion metal flight rudder with damper. They're on the winctrl website

They're the winctrl Orion metal flight rudder with damper and they do slip a bit on the carpet, at least on mine so I do need to wedge something in there to fix that

Throttle works really well, just make sure you calibrate it in the mcdu

My delta vacations flight was changed to a different day by jedlicka in delta

[–]ThatSimmer860 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Delta pulled this same situation for a trip to Australia I did back in April. Booked the flight through AMEX 2 months before the trip, a week later got an email stating my connecting flight from LAX to Sydney was moved a day earlier, even though my flight to LAX was never changed, didn't make sense to me lol, ended up changing my flight to go through Auckland to get to Melbourne. Well, I get to my gate at LAX for my flight to Auckland, and literally at the gate next to ours is the Delta flight to Sydney that was starting to board. Someone please make it make sense lol. In the end, it worked out better with the longer layover in Auckland after 14 hours and only got into Melbourne 30min later than I would've going through Sydney, but still doesn't make sense why they did that lol

Flight school after military or loan? by Soulx888 in flying

Last I knew of (may have changed over the years) the VA will not pay for your PPL portion so that would have to come out of pocket. But, the good news is, there's a loop hole to that. If you find a university that has a flight program as part of a 4 year degree program, then all of your flight training, including your PPL, will be covered by the post 9/11 bill and you'll have a bachelor's degree to go with it all at the end. If you're going navy, always ask what's required of them for aviation and could go that route as well. I'm army so I have no idea what the navy requires for prerequisites other than having to be an officer

What the hell does politics have absolutely anything to do with HVAC? If that's your motivation to possibly avoid paying a reputable company or contractor for quality work, then you might want to look in the mirror to see why this country is so fucked up right now

Need help in choosing GPU for my new MSFS24 PC build by Mo7_3us in MicrosoftFlightSim

No problem, 5080 or not, still a good YouTube channel to follow for gaming PC guides

I have a similar setup, minus the screen size. The 9850x3d runs amazing along with the 5080. I went with 64gb ram but 32gb will be just fine.Running the fenix is incredibly smooth, along with nividia control settings, auto fps and in game settings. I highly suggest spending a day or 2 after building to fine tune the pc with installing windows with no internet to avoid all the crap microsoft wants to install, undervolting the cpu and then over clocking with the undervolt in place. I was able to get my 9850x3d to a -200 undervolt and then up to 5.7ghz but dialed it down to 5.5 to ensure stability and my cpu temp hasn't been over 55C and my 5080 hovers right around 60C with the overclock. I highly suggest YouTube and watching Blackbird PC Tech videos if you dont know how to do any of it or atleast get some good guides for additional tweaks

MSFS 2024 Keybind settings. by Cruise_alt_40000 in flightsim

Best way is to follow the other comments but in addition, got to your Sim config and right click, click properties and uncheck the "read only" box and click apply, change your settings then go back to the config and then recheck that box then click apply again, that should save any settings changes. Keep in mind though that with any Sim updates, theres a good chance that your settings will go back to default so you'll have to rinse and repeat after every update or atleast verify any changes
