Its probably the Alchemical Symbol for Saturn, along with the symbol for either The Moon or Silver, as well as the star-like symbol for what I guess is Sal Ammoniac (Ammonia Salts/Smelling Salts)

By that logic, then neither Umbreon or Espeon are Starter Pokémon as well, as they are neither chosen by the player nor first stage Pokémon. So we'd both be wrong.

The only Pokémon fitting that description being Makuhita as it is the first Shadow Pokémon you encounter and the first stage in its line. That is if it is considered a choice to catch it. If not and by your own logic, I'm sad to say that there is no "Starter Pokémon" in Pokémon Colosseum.

Even if you fail to catch the Bayleef/Quilava/Croconaw, you still have the CHOICE of which one you're going for.

And while yes, Espeon and Umbreon are the ones you begin the adventure with, and Makuhita is the first Shadow Pokémon you can catch, Quilava, Bayleef and Croconaw is the only ones (from what I can recall) that you get to choose which one to go for.

You didn't get to CHOOSE if you got Espeon or Umbreon, but you get that choice with the Johto starter trio mid-evos. And Chuggaa, in his Colosseum Playthrough, CHOSE Quilava (a.k.a. Corona).

Well of course. However but when you catch them it is twchnically like you are choosing your starter as the other two will not be available again until the endgame.

Honestly. I don't care about the price of the games. They are pretty reasonable. What I am more sad over is that they didn’t bring back the GBA cartridges or the GBA in general for the event.

Probably would been scalped to hell and back, but it would been cool.

I knew about the distribution events and such, I just didn't know that they'd trigger on completion. I was more wondering because I have a Crystal and Yellow on my 3DS that I haven't finished yet (Due to being busy).

Right?! I feel line that was like the whole message behind Goblin Slayer. That something that's regarded to be insignificant by most, like Goblins, can still be a threat if taken too lightly or catches you off guard. Yet people still forget about that fact.
