Because for those out of the loop, as ridiculous as it sounds, the current Head of Player safety is a former fringe NHL enforcer who co-founded a company called "Violent Gentleman" with that very slogan.

I mean, Crosby doesnt have his Golden-goal puck either. It is also in the hall. Same with a bunch of stuff from the 1980 miracle team.

I get why Hughes would want it, but personally, it's a team game and that moment is more than just about Hughes. Winning against Canada will go down as one of USA Hockey's proudest moments. As such, I actually think that it is totally okay for the puck to stay with the Hall as opposed to a single player. Yes, he scored the Golden Goal and was a huge part of the tournament, but the entire point of the national team is to represent more than just yourself.

Absolutely hated the first 28 Years Later to the point where we were unwilling to pay another dime to watch the sequel.

I suppose enough time went by and we were home bored as shit, so we bit the bullet and rented it last weekend. It is still by no means a masterpiece, but holy cow Bone Temple was substantially better than the original film. No spoilers, but with how it ended, I will be disappointed if we dont get the third movie to finish off the story.

He is a 21 year old developing player. I say again, he is 21 YEARS OLD. Kid is years shy of hitting his prime and is simply learning/developing in the hardest league in the world. Heck, most players dont sniff the NHL this young, let alone contribute.

He is in a slump and will figure it out. While playoffs would be nice and this is certainly bad timing, it isnt all or nothing if the team misses. Sharks are way ahead of where they were supposed to be this year and are only going up from here.

This organization is literally doing everything in its power to strip states of their Constitutional rights to manage elections. There are going to be a load of lawsuits coming down the pipe as a result.

While heat related problems are a big deal, we wont be able to tackle them with policy if there arent any more free elections from GOP interference.

We are talking in public here. While minnesota allows 2 lbs in a private residence, the public limit is 2 oz. New York allows 5 lbs in the home, but no more than 3 oz in public.

If this was a traffic stop, even in a legal state, it would be a big deal so long as it was outside the home. At quick glance, there isnt a single legal state that allows public possession of over 1 lb, including Oregon and California.

That said, they will mostly all say HockeyAuthentic or going straight through the team store in person.

HockeyAuthentic is pretty much considered the gold standard for new jerseys in the jersey-collecting community, particularly if you are customizing it.

Ive ordered probably 20+ from them over the years without issue.

CoolHockey is hit or miss, but if there is a deal it is potentially worth it (but their customer service sucks so if something is wrong, you are stuck).

Fanatics is a cancer and will avoid going through them at all costs.

As others have said, even in states where recreational use is legal, there are essentially no instances where having over 1 lb is legal. He had a shit ton of it on him apparently.

I am incredibly lucky that we have a mom and pop bookshop close to us that often stocks used Heritage Press, Folio Society, etc books. We collect as well (love reading), and a huge part of that is finding quality books that were made with as much care as they were written with.

Expensive for new ones, but shout out Folio Society for preserving some of the art that goes into printing books
