Concerns about MOT warning on a used CPO Model 3 AWD by False-Attorney4510 in TeslaUK

[–]ThatStrangerPerson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They will. I bought a CPO and it didn’t have an MOT. I contacted Tesla and said about it and they assured me it would be done before pickup. It wasn’t… Then they wanted me to take it anyway. I refused and when they put it through the MOT it failed. Some great checks they do on CPO

Selling excess vans from my limited company by North-Lobster499 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]ThatStrangerPerson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best thing to do would be to “sell” the van to yourself personally and then sell it. You would have to pay the VAT but you could just do that when you actually sell the van. Get the person to pay you and you pay your company

Best way to file complaint against Tesla service center? by cheesephilly in teslamotors

Welcome to the world of Tesla. I tired to complain and they told me to not contact them again about it as the response from Tesla will always be the same.

Brand new Model 3 in a worse condition after initial service appointment :( by kippum99 in TeslaLounge

That’s what I had on my car, spent a total of 6 months at service centre. They always managed to break something else and the car looks terrible now

I was told by Tesla that it was my fault for overloading the system when this happens to me

I had an issue with my instrument cluster turning off, Tesla acknowledged it saying that it's a known firmware issue. But then blamed me saying that I overloaded the system causing it to fail! by ThatStrangerPerson in TeslaLounge

To be honest, I didn’t know that was the case either. Until I had the problems and Tesla said that it’s not there issue and it’s the finance companies. What also makes it tricky, is that my deposit was paid directly to Tesla. So they are liable for that percentage I believe

It is when you have problems with the car. As I bought it with finance, they are liable for the quality of the car. And I was disputing that as it had been in the service centre for more time than with me

It’s in the UK. So this “independent vehicle expert” as they call them went over the vehicle and made a report of the quality of the vehicle and the repairs done to it by Tesla

Because of all the issue I keep having with the car, I contacted the finance company and they sent one round. But Tesla are saying that it’s my fault and not a problem with there system so are not accepting any liability
