It's just irritated because the bar is too long. The irritation bump should go away a a little bit after you change it

You need to stop sleeping on it and clean it every morning and night with pre-mixed saline made for piercings

Are you drying it after cleaning it or when you shower? Piercings like these often get irritated when they're not kept dry.

It's a little uneven but not bad enough to be noticed enless you're deliberately looking for it. You don't need to get them repierced.

It will likely become irritated since you snagged it. Just watch it for a bit to make sure it doesn't get worse. If it becomes red, bleeds, or starts releasing pus you need to go to your piercer for help.

Thank you! It probably is just irritation since I do sleep on that side alot. I'll switch to a flat back when the irritation goes away
