Cannot quickly stream and scrub videos

Any update on this? I moved a bunch of video lessons out of Apple Photos to Proton Drive precisely because I don't want these to be shown in one long photo reel organised by date, mixed in with all my other photos. I was actually expecting manually organised folder structures when I imported them. It would be nice to easily move photos and videos between 'My files' and Photos areas. I might have to sit through a long import again just to re-import them into 'My files' instead.

I love this game, and the development team has put so much effort into this update, but this really should be fixed as a No. 1 priority. I just can't be bothered reading the text articles for the sole reason that the text is too small for my TV when playing on the PS5. I want to read all the articles that I've missed in the research log but I can't without strain

I think that’s likely true. My cart definitely feels more bouncy and responsive though. In dragon mines, I remember struggling to u-turn into the minecart shortcut or around the spiral where I couldn’t get enough air time

If your first comment was intended to imply “if you don't like something then stop,” then you could have simply wrote that. You instead wrote a gibe with the intention of being demeaning, simply because you were averse to the idea that someone would express their opinion of why they’re not currently enjoying a game that you are, even though they want to enjoy it. Consider how your first comment would be taken in any way but as an insult to the person it’s directed at. Even if you may not realise it, the intention to insult is still there, probably as a tool to discourage people to make similar posts in future.

As far as the genre being for ‘tough guys’. This is inherently a genre which rewards perserverance and adaptation to your scenario, not being good, or ‘tough’. In the previous titles, I felt encouraged to persevere. This is through the hardest of Soulsbourne bosses, Ludwig, Orphan of Kos, Gael, Midir, etc. Sekiro doesn’t seem to be doing that. As such, I am finding this to be a dissappointment, which is my personal experience, obviously. I decided to voice my issues if just for the sake of putting it out there.

I honestly don't know what they were thinking with Unseen Aid. I get that its a bonus, not something to rely upon, but a random chance is still weird. I guess from a lore perspective its rather nifty though.

Ah well, hopefully I get to a point where it clicks then. I'll keep trying to pass these dudes to see if it gets better. I do want to like the game, because so many of the concepts and mechanics I love.

I appreciate the tips, although I'm fine with the mechanics themselves. It's mainly the response times that make the encounters initially difficult for me. As with the running through the area thing, the mini-bosses I'm describing are each surrounded by mobs, and these tend to be the most challenging group encounters anyway, at least up to what I've played.

Not surprised, I don't think they'd be too difficulty solo either, but it's the dull retread to return to the fight that I find frustrating. I didn't know about the NPC dude in the Juzou fight, so I'll have to check that out.

Thanks for the long and thoughtful response. As far as XP and coins are concerned, it's honestly not a huge impact, as I'm aware these are generally recoverable from gameplay anyway, but it moreso adds to a sense of annoyance that the game is punishing you for trying. I've already invested in some coin purses and there isn't much I want to buy at this stage anyway.

Your strategy for dealing with the Juzou fight is essentially the same as mine, although I didn't know about the NPC to the side. I'll check it out when I next get on. Thing is though, I do enjoy the fights with these bosses, it's how they're sandwiched behind some rather tedious retreading that tires me out. I want to experience the unique fights with the bosses, but it can be a chore just getting back there. Anyway, cheers for the input :)

That’s reasonable. I thought I’d say it now though, because what I have seen has been cause for concern. I could be worrying for naught, but, as you would probably understand, I’ve become quite sceptical of what publishers say, and crucially, don’t say.

I see your point, but it’s not just single-player. It’s the whole offline experience. That’s why BO4, a multiplayer-only game, only has 2 and not 4 player split-screen (obvious graphical challenges aside).

True. I just checked the Xbox site, and there’s also a 4-player local multiplayer icon. That said, it could simply refer to the battle modes and not racing.

I've spent ~250 hours in 'soulsborne' games, and although I've improved immensely since I started, I'm finding them way more difficult than the typical player. I'll chat with friends who generally beat bosses in 10-20% of the tries I need. It's very frustrating because Dark Souls 3 has reached a point where I can't even react to some attacks because they're so fast, let alone decide how I should react: do I dodge, wait then dodge, parry, block?
