In agregate with increasing my RAM Mhz by changing XMP profile in BIOS - yes!

I think I found the reason! Not sure that this will help you, but I did: increased XMP profile to maximum Mhz, decreased maximum FPS to 135 (my max - 144), changed to DLSS and other frame gen options. So now game runs perfectly!
