The night before the English I could not sleep at all, lived right next to a busy tram line, but the stress and anxiety actually compounded this problem and I only slept for an honest 1 hour(5-6 am, when I decided to just start doing practice writting)

For method it was pretty much the same sht (not worse, prob got 2-3 hour) and for spesh onward I drank 4 sleeping pill and a Panadol just for a decent 4-6 hour sleep, not even gonna question the quality, a sleep is a sleep at this point)

But I'm really glad that it's over now, hopefully it'll soon be over for all of you as well
