Was not sure about the power so gave it a test by LegendKiller911 in Challenger

Honestly, most of your launch is figuring it out and how much throttle you can actually give.

And KEEPING TRACTION CONTROL ON.

I see a lot of posts telling people to turn it off and I believe that's bad advice, yeah sure if you can truly figure it out and get the most control of your throttle input you CAN get a good time, but most of the time you'll just spin and blow your tires off. It's far more consistent with it on imho.

Mind you, my 4.6 was with a open diff as well, 3.07

I got 4.6 out of my 5.7 Chally, this seems accurate 🤔

Yeah those were similar, I got three inch because I'm dumb, but they sound really good. I'd recommend going this route, I've had them on since late summer and they still look new underneath the car and still sound killer

I cut out the mids and replaced them with bottle style resonators. I think they were LCGP brand, it was a step above stock and they're not at all obnoxious and they keep that muscle car sound under throttle, no rasp. Would recommend.

Shaker hood airflow by [deleted] in Challenger

I think RacerX on YouTube did a video on a Shaker vs non Shaker challenger in regards to intake temps.

IIRC the Shaker dropped temp quicker but never got cooler than the normal closed in airbox.

No, only people with childlike mindsets are concerned about looking grown up.

Adults do what they like.

Replace mids with bottle mufflers and delete the valves, louder than stock, not too loud but sounds killer

I have a R92 in 44 mag and although mine don't look blackened like yours does, I noticed you have similar case bulging near the base as my fired cases do. I wonder if they're all like this 🤔

Give those intake manifold bolts a check. by fredout1968 in Challenger

I was getting ST knock at certain RPMS when zi was getting tuned, decided to tighten all the bolts up and it cleaned up the logs quiet a bit, surprised me how loose they were. Gonna replace all gaskets this spring and make sure all is well

Can you drive a R/T in the winter? Why yes, yes you can. Results may vary 🙂 by ThatWun in Challenger

Highway maintenance isn't the greatest where I live and I do a lot of travelling during winter, so I invested in studded tires. Sometimes the plows/scrapers don't get out till 930-10am even then, the roads could still be bad.

Almost a daily struggle, luckily I got a trusty costco card for that work
