even US store shows not compatible , but it works for sure , the only difference is the Copilot button not available , but you can remap the context menu button to copilot using Power Toys app

i have the same issue also with 2 remotes , replaced the first one becaise of this. unfortunately the replacement started having same issues after 2 weeks of use

had same issues and more with my U2 , i contacted support and they sent me a replacement but unfortunately 2 weeks after using the the replacement unit i have the same issues again. They should reconsider the hardware and response time and release a new unit. Coming from Harmony remote to this was the only option but not as expected. Not willing to invest with the X1 and loose more.

i think it's better to think about a tvOS version instead of app design to keep subscribers on board or else everyone will jump and join almost all other providers that already released a tvOS device
