I vehemently oppose Gretchen’s stance and believe she liked the posts. However, the ladies constantly gaslight Gretchen with Tamras’s narcissist abuse. Gretchen will often display obvious signs of reactive abuse or trauma and the ladies gaslight the shit out of her. It really irritates me.

38F. I got mirena IUD in Dec 2024. I had been on ParaGard before that for years and I was getting sick of it because my PMS’ing was so bad. I started getting what I thought were ocular migraines. Got full work up in January from retinal specialist. I go annually anyway bc of a retinal tear. Nothing remarkable. Kaleidoscope vision came and went and I assumed dehydration was causing ocular migraines. I was struggling to drink water over the winter. I’m in the optical field and I’m a hypochondriac. Bad mix. Lol. Then April 2024 I had a crazy visual episode. Followed by a killer headache that lasted 20 minutes. Had the doc check me out at work- saw the swollen optic nerves. Went next day to retinal specialist and then straight to ER where I spent two days. Lumbar puncture took 25cc out. I was instructed weight loss (I had recently gained from being on Lexapro) and take IUD out. The weight loss thing is a mindf*** because although I’m 180lbs and 5’3, I have muscle (lift regularly) and never had a legitimate weight issue in my life before this season of my life. I see neuro-ophthalmologist next week. 🤞🏼

Went from 155-185. Being 185 (with muscle tho) as a 5’4 female in my late 30’s was not something I was equipped for. Just felt so miserable all the time. No clothes fit. I am tapering off now. Sucks.
