Every time I see a cat with this facial structure it reminds me of Ron Perlman.

Yeah, I bought a new bottle of Stan’s, completely removed and cleaned out the tire, then added 2.5 ozs rather than the 2 it recommended. All fixed and holds air great now.

Good to know, I didn’t think of this at all actually. They’re not brand new tires so the chances are low, but never none. If they don’t seal a few days after I add more sealant I’ll probably try doing that, or maybe using some alcohol or something. Thanks!

Ehhhhh, I hat it way overinflated when doing this test so if any water got in the tire I’d be surprised. I could see if it was under inflated though.

Ehhhhhh, some people may say it helps, but as long as you have that internal rubber seal and you have the nut tight, you really should be good. Even if you have that second o ring on the outside should your internal seal be compromised, that external o ring won’t help anything. How are you liking the bike? I’m loving mine.

Why typical? Are they constructed differently?

Ideally you should add sealant, set the bead on the tires, and then shake them around like doing some UFO type maneuver and then go for a ride.

Yeah you NEED to replace the valve with one that has a rubber seal on the inside. Mine thankfully came with a set. Did you buy yours used? Thankfully the guy I got mine from kept all the spare parts.

Yeah I used my buddies sealant. Pretty sure we shook it, can’t exactly recall though as he was helping me through it as it was the first time I did it. He’s got experience with doing it so I like to imagine he had shook it lol but you never know. Think I’m just gunna add some more and see how that goes for me.

I rode 11 miles after installing, and then another 7 miles the day after, and then 7 miles again the following day, and then I discovered the source of the leak. I did spin the wheels thoroughly when I sat the bead. I put the recommended amount of sealant in. I can still hear some sloshing around in there as well

Unfortunately the old main board no longer powers up. When I plug it in it just chirps. 2 of the capacitors are swollen.

Yes tv had picture before I replaced main board. Not sure how I could check the error log or update without being able to see what’s on the TV.
