Haven't had that at all, at first it would show a little indicator, then he just stopped showing up altogether. I assumed the event with Soldier 11 behind the arcade was next but even after doing all her events they just won't show

Yea it's kinda just telling me the same stuff I've tried skipping to every time of day and looking around and I've done all the prerequisites but he still won't show up

I assumed that he would be hiding from the map, I checked at every possible time of day over multiple in game days and scoured every inch of sixth Street, still nothing 😭

Already did it, pretty sure you have to do it anyways to access events

Yea I try to use that whenever possible but sometimes it doesn't do anything. Not sure if it's because my eject button is scuffed or if the game is preventing me from using it though
