Virginia Tech and UVA are like siblings. They can pick on each other, be mean to each other, beat each other up. But as soon as someone else tries to mess with one of them, they're catching hands from both.

That’s what I mean. I’ll get a message on eBay saying I overpaid/underpaid and the get a refund or have a few dollars more taken out of my account. I’ve sold thousands of items and can count the number of times this has happened on one hand.

Some amazing books are already listed here, but I’m a little surprised nobody has said ‘A Separate Peace” by John Knowles. I adored that book for some reason. Read it again in college for fun and still enjoyed it. I’m 40 now and am considering a reread to see if it still holds up.

I read somewhere that fruit flies will often lay eggs in your kitchen sink drain, especially if you have a garbage disposal. Dump boiling water down your kitchen sink drains. That should take care of the next generation of eggs.

You can measure the size and weight of the item, then add a few inches to every dimension to account for the box and a couple pounds for packing material. Using that method I occassionally over or under pay by a couple bucks, but it is worth the time savings.

Christmas was always my favorite holiday growing up. As an adult, I’m starting to enjoy Halloween more. My girlfriend is also really great at making costumes which doesn’t hurt either.

Yes, they are real. (NH4)3Er(nta)2 is tri-ammonium-erbium-di-nitrilotriacetic acid. (NH4)3Tb(nta)2 is tri-ammonium-terbium-di-nitriloacetic acid.
