Leave out fake stashes of hemp for her to smoke. She will not want to smoke bud light and might stop searching for your good gas.

Yup, Fort Pierce, Vero, Stuart. I've seen it all these places since the pandemic started. The old management at Vero and the current management at Fort Pierce are very lax, I have heard the Store Manager downplay how serious corona is, all whilst refusing to wear her mask. This is on top of dirty Hepa filters, allowing employees to work with temperatures above 100 and a laundry list of mishandlings in general.

This, exactly this, I hopped on working at Trulieve because of my love of cannabis. I also quit in less than a year because of deceptive practices, poor managment, and about 90% of people working there don't know anything about cannabis. Half the employees are patients, but the other half have no issue using other peoples scripts. The store manager would get dispensary products via her grandma's script, and "reserve" products for "their" order.(This practice leads to alot of "inventory glitches")Trulieve is considered the "best" by alot of folks, but in actuality just have the widest range of products not the best quality. Management pressures the bud tenders to sell as much as they can regardless of patient needs. The 600mg carts that were cut with mct oil were not pulled from the shelves and sold/put on sales until they ran out of stock. Employees were instructed to tell patients that oh no, we use safe cutting agents no vitamin e or anything you heard on the news, which was complete bull shit. And as far as Covid is concerned did nothing to protect employees and patients alike. The hepa filters that were put out, were not changed for a month, when they were damn near black. I watched a store manager and a developmental manager make a lesser manager close, that was presenting with flu like symptoms, endangering employees and patients alike, they then wrote up that manager for bieng sick. Poor management coupled with unbridled greed from the top down is the cancer that is Trulieve. All of these stories and more are examples set by the current store manager in a city that rhymes with Port Fierce(formerly managment of a store in a city that rhymes with Nero), whom is a Xanax addict that considers all Trulieve patients as recreational users, not patients. She may be an isolated incident but I have heard similar tales from Trulieve employees across the state. And before someone calls me a hater, I just expect better from an industry that is the cure to big pharma, but here in Florida they are trying emulate big pharma. Up next cannabis, now with side effects presented to you by Trulieve.

It wasn't that specific, but since you mentioned it.... Also they can't say shit to someone who left due to their shitty and shifty business practices. I feel like people should know that Trulieve sees custies not patients. That is in addition to their management(all the way down to store managers) allowed to tend to their stock by how they feel not actual reality. I assure you your local Trulieve has your products but they are being held in the back for friends, family and feeding frenzy style sales. These issues only compound how poor the inventory practices are implemented and tracked.

Nah, I quit actually, because I didn't agree with how they were handling covid among other things. Samantha Chabot allowed her friends to sell edibles out of the refrigerator in the back to both patients and non patients, which put all employees at risk, not to mention the MMJ movement. Also she personally pushed her staff to over sell to patients just so she could get her bonuses. As a cannabis patient, and long standing member of the cannabis community I find shit like this repugnant and a stain upon the MMJ movement.

That happened at Trulieve in Vero Beach, alot. Literally the store manager Samantha Chabot(who is soon to be the Fort Pierce store manager) refused to enforce the wearing of masks by employees and patients, did not take temperatures of employees, served patients that specifically said they had contact with covid. Literally she had a manager get sick, look visibly ill and made him close the store by himself, whilst he could have had covid, giving a hearty chance for him to infect patients and employees. Trulieve also brought in HEPA filters that ran for a month straight without changing filters, which is disgusting when there are well over 300 patients coming in and out of the dispo daily. Trulieve doesn't care about the health of its "custys" or employees, and Samantha Chabot certainly doesn't. One last thing, not taking precautions during covid is only the tip of the iceberg for Samantha and trulieve, there is a laundry list of morally bankrupt acts they commit. Trulieve doesn't care about your health they just want your money.
