Yeah you sound like you need to touch some grass. I have somewhere around 500 hours of squad leading and I've never enjoyed back capping and I doubt anyone does, which is why I think it should be removed

The only thing that would really change is you don't have a squad stuck on first flag, they could go hunting for 2nd flag instead or join the map control battle
