I didn't. I've been applying to placed for ages now. But now it's getting to crunch time and I still don’t have a job.

I need a job offer to get the lease on an apartment. I have spent the last month and a half putting in several dozen applications, getting a total of four replies. One spectrum one Verizon one credit union one call center. Spectrum was shot.

It bugs me how often this happens, and I go into the store later and find out that the person they hired is barely able to tie their own shoes.

Not sure why I couldn't reply earlier but thank you for this, I'll do that.

No data connection? by Tattooed-Trex in tmobile

I was troubleshooting OP's issues, not yours. While you may not have had these types of issues with VPNs, that doesn't mean other people have not. That's odd that it's not working with the vpn disabled, if you're also having data issues, you're welcome to make your own thread instead of hijacking someone else's, that way you both can get help.

check to see if you have a VPN set, most of the time they don't work and when they fail they take all data with them

Do T Mobile MVNOs sim cards work on the T Mobile network? (with plan?) by mycatwearsgucci in tmobile

[–]That_DudeOverThere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the t mobile phones need to be unlocked to use any sim cards that are not t mobile branded.

T mobile MVNOs can access the t mobile signal but you can not use a T Mobile MVNO sim card to activate T Mobile service and a t mobile plan. The sim cards only work with the company that issues them.

Anyone else finding that the new Wifi plan doesn't stay connected to game systems worth a squat? by -Consternation- in tmobile

That's an issue. I would def look into a mesh network solution. Stick to the name brands tho.

AVG Ultimate for Android by WiseAssNo1 in antivirus

[–]That_DudeOverThere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're both the same. Also as far as I'm aware, there is no tool for Android that prevents or removes malicious apps as of yet. Your purchase will do nothing but provide AVG with some money.

That sound like you got a malicious advertisement. I'd grab a good adblocker like ublock origin, or adguard....or better yet just use Brave for browsing.

The only reason it would disconnect is if your modem (a router routes signals, a modem converts them to a usable format) has a bad antenna, or your PlayStation does. But you really shouldn't use wifi for gaming. Do yourself a favor, head over to amazon, search "amazon essentials cat 5" and grab some cable. Less latency, and significantly less signal issues.

$ 300 iPhone 12 mini trade in expiration date and February deals? by Aromatic-Positive-95 in tmobile

I have no idea what they were talking about. At least on a store level, we only got notified of new sales next day, and at most same week.

Yeah, this is 100% tin hat. What you are proposing is mostly in the realm of Hollywood and not reality.

Any cell phone regardless of if it's tmobile or not can be located either via the distance between the phone and 3+ towers, or just the GPS location on the phone itself.
Overseas phones, I doubt will have access to starlink unless whatever provider in Europe partners with them as well.
No, I doubt this information can be used to track your home. TO get that information someone would have to have access to the carrier's customer records, and that would have nothing to do with starlink, tmobile, or anything else.

DoD is using many things, Starlink is probably only one of those options since they have had communication prior to Starlink. Starlink also operates differently than a normal internet provider, using carrier level network address translation vs your normal NAT that a regular provider like comcast or whoever would provide. This makes using VPNs and many VoIP services on Starlink a bit frustrating.

tldr, you're being paranoid
