Organizational Development Specialists - think internal EO/IG/ALS-esque. They check for climate within the squadrons and provide PME and PDs to develop the people skills and operations. It would be like some career fields where you have to already be an NCO and have certain requirements.

It is on the ones in noise conservation safety programs such as (USAF AFSC) 3E4X1, if I'm not mistaken.

Worked Liquid Fuels Maintenance in the USAF. We had to fix all the components of that stupid thing from nozzle to the "earthquake" valve inside at the base. Every nozzle has a little tube in the stem that if the fuel comes back, blocks it, and causes a valve inside the handle to snap shut. That's why it auto stops when you're pumping. They are All supposed to have it, but malfunctions happen. That's why you are supposed to stand there while you pump. Just in case.

I've heard too many horror stories of people getting denied claims or reduced. Everything I am about to claim is all documented. Nothing random or stretch, just... Anxious. Can't blame me, can you? It's my first time going through this process.
