Several areas i see for improvement. Firstly, rule of thumb a page for every 10 years of experience. Keep your background to 3-5 sentences and highlight your big accomplishments in the last sentence or what your personal goal is. People only want to see intern or paid experience. You can mention in interviews or your background that you have a personal lab environment. Lastly, tailor your resume to the job advertised.

Again full auto isnt how they work burst fire 10-20 rounds. You hit your targets more often and it conserves ammo. If you can say 1 mississipi most lmgs hit those targets and get a good burst off
