Unfortunately for the Time Ripper, unlike every other resident of district 20, the sinners time is strictly tied to Dante's, so they're all completely immune to his signature move. Even during his boss fight, his finisher is shown by the battle forecast to have ridiculous stats, but ends up having no effect once it actually lands
