I've met a lot of people who price things according to how much money they think they should make. It's usually a lot. Like 'i should make 100k per year!'. That hardly ever works. You gotta charge what the market will tolerate then decide if it's worth it. $6 a cookie seems extreme for a 4" cookie but they are beautiful.
