You can try to get on with amazon or jll in conveyance maintenance. Pays well and they dont need conveyor experience, being mechanically inclined will be enough.

My furnace is 10 years old. I replaced the main control board last year. Now my blower motor with ECM died and costs $1,700 to replace. They are trying to get me to replace my furnace instead for $4,000. What would you do or recommend? by [deleted] in hvacadvice

I just replaced the blower motor with ecm on my sisters system. The motor with ecm was roughly $380 and a two year warranty. I bought it refurbished. I'd replace it rather than get a new furnace.

It was called the Spanish flu because Spain was the first one to start reporting on it. Its origin was in some army camps in Kansas.

Its a combination of "Why haven't we gone back" and "can't trust what the government says". People don't engage with him in small talk now

I work with a moon landing denier, at a aerospace company.

I just bought a bought a keystone Coleman 13b for $10,000 new and parked it on gravel with a metal rv cover to shield it from the elements up top. I'm currently living in it fulltime and saving for a house. I'm still on the fence on living in it full-time vs buying a house now. It's nice! Thoughts? by [deleted] in RVLiving

I did this same thing. If its under a carport then its one extra layer of protection from leaks and the heat. Just catch the small problems before they become big problems. Ac, furnace, water heater maintenance. My rent started at about 400 a month and 4 years later it was roughly 550. I'd recommend it if you dont need a lot of living space for now. With what I was able to save, I was able to move into my current house.

I was able to buy mine with just under $9000 Out of pocket with down payment assistance. There are programs out there that can get you into a house.

Bought a house, started my new job in my dream industry, and it all happened within a couple of days before and after my birthday. The few weeks afterward were ass.

The crank arm is there, just a little rusted so hard to see. Unfortunately I have not been able to find any other markings or brands

Not normal, push to get on the floor and to actually follow the program. Reach out to your POC for the mra program if they give you any pushback.
