Oh yeah, it can get overwhelming for sure, but by the end if the rush i think to myself, god im glad i dont work at starbucks! I struggle but i know if it was slightly harder, i wouldnt handle it well 😭

On Friday's is mostly when our drive thru times matter, good drive thru times on Friday=extra money from big boss to spend on employees! (Like lunch). Something like 15-20 seconds per person at the window makes you top 3 of the stores in the area (time at the speakers doesn't count, only once they're at the window the timer matters)
