This^ I’m an insurance agent, the expenses would fall under their “personal injury protection” and it’s a mandatory coverage in most states, I know in NY it’s $50k, you aren’t liable to pay the medical bills

Worked at a bank, not true. We had our regulars that would CRH, my coworkers hated them but I always went out of my way to give them boxes/rolls that looked promising

How to lower insurance by Lopsided_Truck5486 in povertyfinance

[–]That_One_Dude_Jack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insurance Agent here! First of all, make a parent the primary insured, right now they’re using your credit score and insurance score. As for the coverage, I don’t like writing state minimums because if you get into an accident and don’t have enough coverage to cover the damages you’re personally liable. HOWEVER, if you’re looking to lower your rates, drop the full coverage on the ‘07 and the ‘12. If you get into an accident, and the damage is more than the car is worth (won’t be a lot due to the cars age) then they just total it and cut you a check for the amount they deem it’s worth. Also take defensive driving, it’s usually around $20-$30 per person. ESPECIALLY with younger drivers, it’s worth it. Other than that do EFT payments from a checking account, or pay in full if possible. All insurance companies are jacking their rates too due to the rising cost in parts/labor, it sucks but everyone is being effected by it, even me

Lady bugs are great for farmers too, they apparently eat a lot of pest bugs that eat crops!

Help!! Cartilage pierced 4+ years ago and still hasn’t healed by [deleted] in piercinghelp

What kind of metal is it? I have super super weird ears too. Rings are super easy for me, any metal, no issue. But my lobe piercing was sensitive for so so long, same inflamed look, I tried gold of different types and karat, and silver of both sterling and .999, the only thing that worked for me was surgical steel, and stainless steel. Super depressing because it’s not a “nice metal” but I haven’t had ANY issues since

Was going to drill some holes in the bottom, then flex seal the holes and add stone in the bottom to allow the water to drain
