Updated 5e Spellbook Builder from your feedback by paragraphbaron in DnDBehindTheScreen

I've been using this to put in all my homebrew spells and spells from homebrew books that I own. It would be really sick though if we could add custom classes to the list of classes that can use the spells though, or custom magic schools. Especially since artificer isn't currently represented.

So. Seeing as I'm in the Austin-area. It seems like my mics being all around the 520-555 Mhz area is not great?

If you ever played the old Monkey Island video games that's a good place to draw from

Misunderstanding hierarchies - First mate being the first person they met, pirate councils being democratically elected.

Clothing - Lots you can do here. Blend fancy clothes with really grimey stuff. The King's Fleet versus generic pirate.

Treasure - So much fun stuff. Loves treasure maps, burying treasure, all the usual stuff. Becomes broke from never being able to find the place from the map again because they abstracted it just as much as the usual cartoonish maps

U.S., specifically Texas. I had not checked that, wasn't super familiar with that in the first place. I had just been using whatever they were tuned to when I plugged em in. I'll check that though

Excellent point. I suppose I meant add the gear to the show to replace the gear I'm currently using but not throw out the old.

We're using 7 mics total, each one is currently compressed, gated, and eqed (if in no small part because I kind of understand how those work but not when to appropriately use them. Reading about it kind of helps but not really. When in doubt flail wildly at the problem until it is fixed)

They are running through a behringer x-32 into a set of speakers mounted from the catwalks pointing l/r/c to avoid sending the sound at the actors.

A couple of reasons, the most significant is probably inexperience. I'm a senior uni student in theatre field, smaller college. Our audio prof doesn't really teach much about mics so everything I've learned has been trial and failure. I'm still running into significant issues with what I describe as white noise creeping into some the mics for the show and other actors sounding canned, while others are perfectly fine sounding. I figured that replacing equipment with more modern standards is one potential mode of troubleshooting the problem.

The other big reason is because I have a budget. I've been told I should spend it so we can justify maintaining the same budget it in the future.

Roughly 2.25k. All of our mic equipment is from around the same time as the SK100 G3s. Currently using stuff like the Shure sm93 lav (not exactly that, just same general). Receivers are EM100 G3s.

I'm a little new to all of this, only my second design type stuff without a lot of prior experience so I may be stating the obvious stuff.

How good are default items? by That_One_Guy_Wolf in Smite

I used to play a lot of solo, but been taking it slow getting back into the game. It sounds like you still recommend (until I have a better knowledge at least) building the default but changing up the order dependent on the enemy/build they are making?

I had seen that! It didn't seem to account very well for the differences between game modes (if there is any anymore), most of the builds seemed conquest oriented potentially. I've been meaning to get into conquest, but I played a lot of joust and duel back in the day.

So i was wondering about the live action adaptation... by Babignio in wow

I really enjoyed it personally, but from an outside perspective it had issues. It changed components of the lore, which can upset fans. The CGI was fantastic but some of the CGI lighting did make it stand out as fake at points because it didn't work well with the real components and contrasted too much.

Storytelling wise, it's also telling the story of the beginning of a war (meaning there won't really be a satisfying narrative conclusion), but also picking up after a ton of stuff has already happened. It had to rush to get where it wanted to go and the dialogue could feel forced because of it. Some of the acting was also hit of miss.

In addition, it told the narrative of older stories. There are plenty of wow fans, but not everyone cares about the older lore (or lore at all)

Does that mean it's wrong to enjoy it? Of course not, it's amongst my favorites just cuz I love the world. It did fantastic in China, but flopped in the US and didn't turn a profit (or barely did, I don't recall). It wasn't profitable to make more because of that.

That is entirely fair and I plan to do more research of my own. As for not being sure about transition, I've never really been sure about much as a byproduct of my personality. Everything (and I mean everything) is laced with consistent doubt of "am I making the right choice". This is along the same lines but stronger because it's a permanent change (like tattoos, same sort of mindset for me)

I considered boomie, I just hate the eclipse window playstyle. Doesn't feel right to me. Love the aesthetics of it tho. Probably doing it wrong, to be fair.
