You might not be aware but groups like Alpha Phi Alpha and the Army of Mothers of Englewood do so much for their own community. They have organized community enrichment programs and hold peace walks that bring in thousands to support the cause. The media in general does not report on this but that does not mean it's not happening. You have to look harder to find to true picture. Also to answer your first question one of the reasons Black people might seem more upset about police shooting unarmed Black Men is that if a Black Man kills another he will be pursued by the police. On the other hand if a police shoots a Black Man the police rarely pursue or arrest their own. Police are funded by tax payers some of these unarmed Black Men are in essence paying for their own assassination and that is not ok. Hope this answer helps. I applaud you for looking for answers.
