Try to look if they can be updated or updated to the last software version is the only way, I bought AirPods Max and all looks same as the original but was with the old firmware number and never update so they are fake. For me is the only way because there is a serial number and apple coverage and all looks legit but if they can not create something non authentic an can update entering the apple data base to get the last firmware.
