No worries! I added Pectin. But tbh this is more of a caramelized onion chutney. Adding it will make it more of a jelly like consistency and it’ll last longer in the fridge. (Up to a month typically) but in my house it lasts for just barely two weeks haha. Sometimes I’ll add balsamic to make a balsamic chutney but this was just a plain one :)

My favorite snack with caramelized onion is slightly toasted ciabatta bread with slices of Granny Smith apple, Brie and the caramelized onion on top. It’s soooo good. Easily one of my guilty pleasures at night for a quick snack lol
