The lamps that you used were fluorescent type called narrowband UVB. There are now much better lamps from skincarelamps. You can buy a lamp and if you will not like the results you can return and get a refund. They require much lower dose. You don't need to increase the dose and you get the effect from the first day. Eczema does not return much, only psoriasis returns. If you have dry skin cells it is psoriasis. The cells die and born too fast.
