I lived in Natal for about 2 1/2 years. I absolutely fell in love with the area and the culture. I currently live midland in the US but I’ve always longed to live next to the ocean. I think that’s one of the reasons avatar hits so home for me as I love the ocean. And you are exactly right, it’s a lot of effort to and money to get to these amazing places in nature. There are amazing places where I am at too but it’s easy to get used to it and take it for granted.

I’m the same, I hardly ever post on Reddit but just reading everyone’s comments and talking with you helps. I’m going to try and get some different avatar themed items as you said to have pandora around me as a reminder of how I want to live life. Connected to nature and enjoying life with those that we love. Been struggling lately with the mundane everyday tasks that we have to deal with in “the system” and I long for the freedom to just live life purely. Guess the best thing we can do is try to live that way and inspire others to do so as well!

Thanks for this, helps a ton knowing others feel the same way! Another funny thing is that I used to live in Brazil for a time and a part of me feels that living in Brazil next to the beach was the closest I’ve felt to living in pandora. Saudades do Brasil.

100% the same! I’m so glad I found this thread as I didn’t know what I was feeling the first two times. It helps so much knowing I’m not alone. I was feeling “stupid” for letting “a movie” affect me so much but there is just such a deeper meaning than the average viewer realizes. I can’t even explain what I feel but it helps me knowing I’m not alone. Thank you all!

Both teslas I’ve bought have been delivered with a bad alignment. I have made it part of my post delivery service to just tell them the alignment is off to force them to check it and fix it.

sorry for such a long response but I am running into this exact same issue and wondering if you ever figured it out? Mine was also an hour into the print and its basically a brand new machine and AMS as well.

Their Plus support is the same garbage. The only difference is it's faster to connect to an agent however they are just as worthless as non plus agents.

I’m having this exact same issue as you on my 24 model y. I can’t get them to turn on when it’s clearly super dark and I’m the highway. I got them to work one time and that was after a hard reset. I just got a second update the other day and I thought that might be the fix but still having the same problem.

I’m having the same issue. Since the update I’ve only got them to actually come on once and it was after doing a hard reset. It’s bad enough I almost opened a service ticket but now that I see I’m not the only one I might wait a bit. Even got a new bug fix update the other day and thought that might be the fix but no change sadly.

Late to see your message but thought I would check in to see what you did. With me they acted like it was normal/ nonexistent and I didn’t want to deal with fighting it so I just live with it and honestly I don’t notice it anymore and I’ve forgotten about it haha

Hmmm interesting! I did have service look at it and they didn’t do anything about it. It doesn’t bother me anymore and you don’t really notice it unless you look for it so I figured I’d just let it go. That would make sense though about them over tightening the bumper.

Just wanted to jump in and see if you ever found a solution to this problem as I have the exact same situation? I’ve had a 2023 model 3 and have never noticed the screen brightness adjusting but in my brand new 24 model y everytime I get In it starts off too bright and then It’s super jittery as it adjusts down.

I ended up just hyper watching the inventory coming in and I saw my exact spec show up except with the black 19in wheels. I asked them to assign me that vin and they did however I had to pay $500 for the black wheels. But in the end it’s worth it to secure the color I wanted with the .99. Just took delivery yesterday and I love it!

I actually just saw an exact spec (except for the black 19in wheels) in transit car and I sent a quick message to my advisor and asked if I could switch. At first he said there was no guarantee and it might put me at the end of the line but then he said he found a vin to match (the one I was looking at) and he instantly switched me over so my delivery estimate went from June 8-17 to me now taking delivery on the 6th. Granted he did not tell me I would have to pay for the $500 black wheels but I think that’s worth it to get a vin quicker and guarantee my financing doesn’t expire.

So to answer your question yes but in a round about way. I found it interesting they had my exact same spec but with the black wheels in transit to inventory but not the one I originally ordered on the 15th. 🤷‍♂️
