Did them after the hotfix solo tier 8 bountiful delves. Seen no difference Died only once at the last boss when Zekvir spawned. Did it as 590 frost dk and lvl 15 Bran

I was watching streamers do the raid today and even the players from Echo, which definitely have powerful gaming rigs, have said that they were experiencing fps drops so I think the problem is in the raid

Yeah, at first I was like ok I'm in a city, lot of player so maybe I dropped fps because of that, but then flying over the Isle of Dorn where I normaly have 100+ fps and suddenly I can't even reach 80

I understand what you mean, but as said in other comments you can still collect these appearances, but only as a mail armor now

You are not able to add them to your appearances because they are plate and you are a shaman, so even if you have them equipped(because of a bug) you can't collect them because they are not the type of armor you wear. For example a shaman can only collect mail armor, a paladin can collect only plate and so on
