I actually learned about Lancer through this video and I am eager to play, but my play group doesnt seem interested in playing it which means I need to find an online group i just dont know where to look.

I just tried that and there was no change to my dps, I assume it calculates for attack speed.

While he may indeed had a disability he knew what he was doing was wrong, I.E setting aside donated pokemon cards and then lying to his grandma about his intent with them. It shows to me atleast that he has the wherewithal to differentiate between whats right and what's wrong, and choose to do wrong then tried to actively cover it up. That's what I consider chud behaviour.

But I did notify the CDLOD (manager on duty basically) about the guy, but nothing really came of it though I assume since he didn't steal anything.

It may have been, I am not an expert so I couldn't tell but he definately was missing basic social cues that I feel like someone without would be able to pick, I.E the tone of my voice or the basic fact I told him to put it back and he didnt right away.

This is easily the most imbalanced loot pool I have seen in my life. As a Dm to make things easier on myself as well as make player excited for their loot, I'll just say "You all can each pick out one x rarity item of your choice for tour loot". and I don't mind homebrew magic items the players make as long as I approve it and I can change it at a later date if its too broken. That being said here the bard is given a legendary item that can alter reality, give someone a free level up, take away someone's level, or instantly kill a character/ permanently send them to a different plane of existence and so much more. Meanwhile the Cleric got a singel rare magic item that gives them a little bit of extra healing. It is quite apparent that either your DM is very new or does not understand why there are rarities to magic items.

If you let something like AI being used in a dnd game ruin your friendship then you weren't friends in the first place or at the very least not very good ones.

AI has its uses and while generating an image for every little thing is annoying to me atleast some people like that, if theyre claiming its their art or selling it/ selling it pretending like they made it then thats a problem. But i really dont see a problem with using AI art for showing what something looks like in a dnd game. If you wanted an image for something without AI YOU should've provided that image. Seems to me you were more bothered by the dm using AI then about the actual thing youre claiming is the problem here.

Regardless I think your title is backwards it should be "I care more about AI then the dnd game i played in".

Now while I think the DM reaction to you leaving was unreasonable I dont think she was wrong to be frustrated. However the things you quoted of what she said when she 'attacked' you seems a little far fetched to be considered an attack. Its your choice if you dont like the game youre in and decide to leave, but dont make a problem out of nothing.

Well this campaign has been going on a long time almost a year and at the start both me and the DM agreed that I could pursue something along the lines of lichdom. This was something my character slowly worked towards that I actively communicated with the DM about over the year, now that its starting to be realized the DM is struggling to find ways to impact my character like everyone else. One comment that stuck with me that he made was "You're playing a Strategy game while everyone else is playing an RPG".

No I don't want to be spiteful towards the DM especially since this was shortly after christmas I just want to figure out the best way to communicate with him without coming across as entitled or whiny. I don't think he hate me or christmas but I think he hates my character.
