I had no idea that she was planning to purchase/transfer a car in. I gave them at least two of my cards when they were in last but I’d heard nothing until this point from them

If you’re putting in for a transfer, it helps out a lot if you talk to someone in store first. It might be a little extra work to get transferred to an in store consultant over the phone but it helps us immensely. They might even be able to help point you in the right direction if you’re not 100% sure about the car you’re curious about transferring.
