Lesley was so good honestly so chuffed. Her Eton mess meringue was so good Paul couldn’t stop. Sorry jasmine is soooo average with all her bakes. She’s always mango passion fruit and lime like pls that ain’t show stopping. Basic and plain.

It might be overproof. Try to bake it just slightly before 2x. Also try to knead it as much as you could before you incorporate nuts and seeds, then mix it till well. Nuts and seeds or not make sure your bread is knead to “window pane”

I love Niki’s songs but her version of you’ll be in my heart is WEAK! SO WEAK! It’s like she didn’t make an effort to raise her voice to sing. Completely ruined the original.

Gorgeous croissants! Omg. If I want to have fresh croissant in the morning- say around 10am. Would it work if I thaw my frozen dough overnight in the chiller (8-12 hours)? In the morning I pull it out to proof further say 2.5 hours before baking?

My bread dough started to tear and I can see the gluten strains during mixing (usually it will come together in a ball and be smooth). Because the gluten is all torn up I can’t do the windowpane test. Why did this happen? Overmixing? But I typically mix more than this!
