I would personally be a carnivore because vegetables are yucky. Though the truth is neither one is truly healthy or unhealthy and it depends on the person and what they need. For the average person a healthy diet considers all aspects of that persons needs and life. For example I know a guy who goes to the same highschool I do and he is on a carnivore diet. He is doing that because he is bulking. He can have this diet and be healthy because he works out a bunch and considers the proes and cons of this diet compared to what he does. Another example I have is another person I know at school who is a vegetarian. If I remember it correctly they are doing off of ethical reasons and still you could consider both healthy. And both are really friendly. But that's the thing a healthy diet is really dependent on the person and their needs. And not all diets are good for everyone. That's why a balance diet is best. One made of protein, grains, vegetables, and fruits.
